Payments are usually made via invoicing to the billing address given by the customer before the contract is concluded.
Payments are usually due within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.
A cash payment to the driver is also possible before the start of the journey. The invoice for this can be sent to the customer by post or email on request.
Grunewald Limousine Service accepts all major credit cards. Payment by credit card can be made directly to the driver in the vehicle before the start of the journey.
If credit card data is passed on by third parties, authorization by means of a copy of the card holder’s ID is required.
Payment via PayPal is also possible on request. The fee for this is borne by the contractor.
